Dar L-am aflat pe Isus (But I have found Jesus,) Și-acum sunt fericit, (And now I am happy,) Căci mi-a iertat păcatul, (For He has forgiven my sin) Toate le-a-ntocmit. (And put everything right.)

Strofa 2 Ce vesel sunt acum, (How happy I am now) Că Isus mă iubește, (That Jesus loves me.) Umblu-n calea vieții, (I walk on the path of life) Care la El duce. (That leads to Him.) Aceluia voi urma (I will follow Him) Și-n calea-I voi umbla, (And walk in His way,) Celui ce pentru mine (The One who for me) Moarte a răbdat. (Endured death.)
