#25 - Nu e furtună prea mare

Strofa 1 1. Nu e furtună prea mare (No storm is too great,) Nici încercare prea grea, (Nor any trial too hard;) Nu e problema din care (There is no trouble) Isus nu te poate scăpa. (From which Jesus cannot rescue you.) Acel ce-a creat și natura (The One who created nature,) Și marea și vântul cumplit, (The sea and the fierce wind,) E Domnul Isus, e Mesia, (Is the Lord Jesus, the Messiah;) Cu tine la drum a pornit. (He has set out on the journey with you.)

Refren R: /:Încrede-te frate în Cel care poate (/: Trust, brother, in the One who can) Pe valuri să poarte corabia ta. (Carry your boat upon the waves.) El umblă pe mare când vântul e tare, (He walks upon the sea when the wind is strong;) Ți-aduce salvare în clipa cea grea. :/ (He brings you rescue in the difficult hour. :/)

Strofa 2 2. Așa ca și Petru pe ape, (Like Peter upon the water,) Când vrei să pornești spre Isus, (When you want to set out toward Jesus,) Pășești prin credință în noapte, (You step out in faith into the night,) Deodată de valuri ești dus. (And suddenly the waves carry you away.) Dar Domnul e chiar lângă tine, (But the Lord is right beside you;) El mâna ți-a-ntins, te-a salvat. (He reached out His hand and saved you.) Ce bine-i să ai lângă tine (How good it is to have beside you) Așa Salvator minunat! (Such a wonderful Savior!)

Strofa 3 3. Când vezi că se tulbură marea (When you see the sea growing troubled) Și norii deasupra ta vin, (And clouds gathering above you,) Să nu-ți pierzi tu, frate, răbdarea, (Do not lose your patience, brother;) Curând cerul va fi senin. (Soon the sky will be clear.) Tu pune-ți nădejdea în Domnul (Put your hope in the Lord,) În Cel care poate salva, (In the One who can save;) Oricât ar fi valul de mare, (However great the wave may be,) Tu strigă și nu te lăsa. (Cry out and do not give up.)

Refren 2 R2: /:Isuse, Isuse, întinde-mi Tu mâna (/: Jesus, Jesus, reach out Your hand to me) Și scapă-mă, Doamne, din valul cumplit. (And rescue me, Lord, from the terrible wave.) De Tine ascultă și marea și vântul, (Both the sea and the wind obey You;) La glasul Tău, Doamne, furtuni s-au oprit. :/ (At Your voice, Lord, storms have ceased. :/)
