#78 - Scăparea ne este la Domnul

Strofa 1 Numai un singur adăpost (Only one refuge) Există pentru noi: (Exists for us:) Isus ne este acela, (Jesus is that refuge,) Ce scapă din nevoi. (Who rescues us from trouble.)

Refren O, tristă inimă, nu-ntârzia, (O sorrowful heart, do not delay;) La-acest adăpost vino! (Come to this refuge!) La Isus aleargă, la El vei afla (Run to Jesus; with Him you will find) Pace dulce și odihnă! (Sweet peace and rest!)

Strofa 2 Dacă se va întuneca, (If darkness falls) Venind noaptea cea grea, (And the hard night comes,) Lumină numai pe Isus, (The soul will have) Sufletu-l va avea. (Only Jesus as its light.)

Strofa 3 Numai o stâncă există, (Only one rock exists) La care poți scăpa; (To which you can flee:) Isus cel ce pentru tine (Jesus, who for you) Muri pe Golgota. (Died on Golgotha.)

Strofa 4 Speranța mea în El o am, (I place my hope in Him,) În bine și în rău, (In good times and in bad,) Până-n mărire-L voi vedea, (Until I see Him in glory,) În cer pe Domnul meu. (My Lord in heaven.)
